Hunger Challenge 2026

Assisting food-insecure children in the City of Hoover

Every football season, Spain Park and Hoover High duke it out both on and off the field. While the players battle on the gridiron, the fans compete to see which team can raise the most money to Beat Hunger.

Join the fight and help us make 2026 our best year yet!

More Than A Rivalry

While the players battle on the field, students, families, businesses, and community members compete to see which school can raise the most support to help fight hunger across Hoover City Schools.

The Hunger Challenge has become a community tradition built around generosity, school spirit, and local impact.
